
Mohammed VI National Center for People with Special Needs
Mohammed VI National Center for People with Special Needs (CNMH) has set out a budget of 84 million MAD: of which 65 million MAD for construction work, 11.5 million MAD for equipment, 7.5 million MAD, financed by local authorities, for external arrangements. Such center represents a reference structure, a training center and an excellent pole to be in charge people with special needs in Morocco (Hypertext link to the webpage on the Center).
Social integration of Children with Special needs
The three-year partnership framework among Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity, the Ministry of National Education, the Ministry of Health and the State Secretariat in charge of family, childhood, and people with special needs, intend to guarantee an integrated education, specialized in children with special needs at preschool, primary and secondary school level, as well as provide them with social and medical services.
Such partnership further covers the upgrade of educational, training and human resources’ spheres, furniture and educational material, paramedical devices and equipment, as well as awareness campaigns.
The said partnership also intends to use mechanisms of coordination, follow-up and assessment of actions to carry out, as well as to enhance the partnership and collaboration with concerned parties. Such convention gives rooms to annual actions plans germane to qualitative objectives.
